The terms "We" / "Us" / "Our"/”Business” individually and collectively refer to Epicarp™ Ayurveda and the terms "Visitor” ”User” refer to the users.
This page states the Terms and Conditions under which you (Visitor) may visit this website (“www.epicarpayurveda.com”). By mere accessing or using the website, you are acknowledging, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Polices, whether you have read the same or not. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions stated here, we would request you to exit this site. Natal Care expressly reserves all intellectual property rights in all text, images, programs, products, processes, technology, content and other materials which appear on this Website.

Access to this Website does not confer and shall not be considered as conferring upon anyone any license under any of Epicarp’s intellectual property rights. All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to by Natal care under the Trade name ‘Epicarp™’.

USE & ACCURACY OF CONTENT

All precautions have been taken by us to provide accurate data and information in the preparation of the content of this Website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described.

The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to correctly display the colors of the products that appear on the website.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

All products/services and information displayed on the Website constitute an invitation to offer. Your order for purchase constitutes your offer. Once your order has been placed, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm dispatch and therefore acceptance of the order.

PRICING AND ORDERS

All prices listed on www.epicarpayurveda.com are listed at the Maximum Retail Price (MRP), inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rates and/or all other taxes that may be levied by the Government from time to time.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Epicarp™ shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched.

Epicarp™ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order on the website.

INDEMNITY
The User unilaterally agree to indemnify and hold harmless, without objection, Epicarp’s officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, actions and/or demands and/or liabilities and/or losses and/or damages whatsoever arising from or resulting from their use of www.epicarpayurveda.com or their breach of the terms.

User agrees that neither Epicarp™ nor its affiliates/associates, partners, officers or employee shall be liable for any direct and/or indirect and/or incidental and/or special and/or consequential and/or exemplary damages, resulting from the use and/or the inability to use the service and/or for cost of procurement of substitute goods and/or services or resulting from any goods and/or data and/or information and/or services purchased and/or obtained and/or messages received and/or transactions entered into through and/or from the service and/or resulting from unauthorized access to and/or alteration of user's transmissions and/or data and/or arising from any other matter relating to the service, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits and/or use and/or data or other intangible, even if Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

User further agrees that Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension or termination of service, including but not limited to direct and/or indirect and/or incidental and/or special consequential and/or exemplary damages, whether such interruption and/or suspension and/or termination was justified or not, negligent or intentional, inadvertent or advertent.

User agrees that Company shall not be responsible or liable to user, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party of the service. In sum, in no event shall Company's total liability to the User for all damages and/or losses and/or causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to Company, if any, that is related to the cause of action.

DISCLAIMER OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
In no event shall Company or any parties, organizations or entities associated with the corporate brand name us or otherwise, mentioned at this Website be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitations, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or damage to computer hardware or loss of data information or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use the Website and the Website material, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not, such organization or entities were advised of the possibility of such damages.

TERMINATION

These Terms & Conditions are effective unless and until terminated by either you or Epicarp™. You may terminate the Terms & Conditions at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of this Site. Epicarp™ may terminate the Terms & Conditions at any time and may do so without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the website, such termination will be without any liability to the website.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

Cancellation Policy

Your order can only be cancelled if it is yet to be shipped. To cancel, please write to our customer support team on epicarpayurveda@gmail.com.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund shall be processed by us within 7-14 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

Epicarp™ Ayurveda is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, Spoiling the quality due to not proper storage of the product, unpleasing fragrances, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Returns Policy.

Returns will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit or products that have physical defects or in case of incorrect product been shipped. An email with photos of the damaged/incorrect product should be sent within the stipulated time in order for us to accept the request.

Should you wish to return all or part of your order, you need to inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the products by writing to us on epicarpayurveda@gmail.com.

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used and/or the seal has been broken for the product and/or the serial number has been tampered with. On receipt of the returned product, Epicarp™ will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim.
Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you.

If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back in the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 7 working days of receiving the request from you.

For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days of requesting a refund.

Epicarp Ayurveda is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, Spoiling the quality due to not proper storage of the product, unpleasing fragrances, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Returns Policy.

Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging to our warehouse. Once receiving the parcel, our team will check it before preceding the replacement/refund in the form of credit note only in rare cases.

Return pickup charges (Rs. 100) and replacement delivery charges (Rs. 100) will be applicable as per actual (to be paid by the customer).

ORDERS AND SHIPPING

Once your order has been placed, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm dispatch and therefore acceptance of the order.

In case of Cash on Delivery orders, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. Your order request will only be accepted once you have confirmed your order on the email/ mobile.

Dispatch of all the product(s) ordered, may or may not happen at the same time.

The product(s) will be inspected and packaged prior to handing them over to our trusted delivery partners.

Our delivery partners will bring the package to you as early as possible. In case, they are unable to reach the provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

We dispatch most orders within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

There are no shipping charges for the orders equal and above the billing value of INR 999. However, if your order is less than INR 999, there will be a shipping charge of INR 75.

Epicarp ™ does not ship outside India at the moment.

Please note that for Visa and MasterCard you will require to submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date and a 3-digit CVV number (on the back of the card), when you make an online transaction using your Credit Card.

The Credit Card transaction will appear on your bank statement as a payment to Natal Care.

Pricing Policy

The product prices listed are current and updated. However, these are subject to change without advance notice.

All prices on this web site are processed in Indian Currency (INR) and the prices are inclusive of all taxes.

All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at the price in effect, at the time of shipping.

Our products are liable for GST in India.

For all international shipping orders may attract local duties applicable in that country and the customer will have to pay locally, accordingly.

Payment Security

Any information you enter when transacting with Epicarp ™ is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and is encrypted to protect you against unintentional disclosure to third parties. All transactions at Epicarp ™ are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption using a 1024-bit process.
