Shipping Policy
We ship PAN India, except a few locations (due to courier restrictions). You can check out the delivery details by entering your pin code at the Checkout Page while placing the order.
• We offer a FREE shipping on all orders worth Rs. 999 or above (value calculated after discounts), which is notified from time-to-time.
• Rs. 100 for shipping is chargeable for all orders below Rs. 999.
• We regret to inform you but Cash-On-Delivery option can only be availed by shopping products worth more than Rs. 1999 and is at an additional charge of Rs. 100 for all orders. This is an additional charge on top of the shipping charges.
• We ship our products directly from the warehouse based in Pune, Maharashta. Orders placed are shipped with 48-72 hours as fresh products are prepared carefully for each order. In rare cases, we may take a little longer to ship your order. In case of any delay we will keep you informed.
• We ship Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday & public holidays. We are associated with reputed logistic partners to help with safe & faster deliveries.
• We try our best to accommodate special requests (such as expedited delivery, delivery at certain times of the day, deferred delivery), but we cannot guarantee that these requests will be fulfilled by our courier partners. If you aren't sure, we encourage you to WhatsApp or call us before placing your order.
• Generally, it takes 3 - 10 business days for the deliveries to happen across India, but in rare cases transit time is longer due to courier loads, local conditions, festive holidays, natural calamities, rain and a variety of other factors.

Cancellation Policy
• If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us at epicarpayurveda@gmail.com or Call at our customer care number +9102029972828 (Timings: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm).
• Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be canceled. If you don't wish to accept the parcel, you can simply refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery. Once the parcel comes back to Epicarp, the brand will deduct shipping and return charges from the customer order value while processing the refund.
• Incase your order is marked delivered but not received by you, please reach out to us at epicarpayurveda@gmail.com orCall at our customer care number +9102029972828 (Timings: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm) within 3 days (72 hours) of the date of delivery. Our Customer Care team will help with a solution at the earliest.
