Product Storage Instructions
• At Epicarp Ayurveda, all the products are prepared by plant- based. These products have active plant ingredients in the formulations. Therefore, the products may change color or fragrance over time. This does not necessarily mean that the product is spoiled.
• The Fruit Butter, namely Mango Butter, Papaya Butter, Pomegranate Butter and Watermelon butter along with Sandalwood butter and Nocturnal Bewitchery are face creams are crated to give maximum results as there are NO PRESERVATIVES added. Hence these creams are to be stored only in refrigerators as they eventually start fermenting if left out at Room temperatures.
• Each product in Epicarp Ayurveda is made with AyurvedicHerbs which tent to settle down as precipitate. Thoroughly mix the product before using.

At Epicarp Ayurveda, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.

• If you receive a Tampered or Damaged product, please reach out to us at epicarpayurveda@gmail.com or Call at our customer care number +9102029972828 (Timings: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm) within 24 hours of delivery with supporting Images and Video, so we can address your concern at the earliest.

• For any product quality complaints, please reach out to us via or Call at our customer care number +9102029972828 (Timings: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm) within 7 days of your order delivery.

• Epicarp Ayurveda is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, Spoiling the quality due to not proper storage of the product, unpleasing fragrances, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Returns Policy.

• Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging to our warehouse. Once receiving the parcel, our team will check it before preceding the replacement/refund in the form of credit note only in rare cases.

• Return pickup charges (Rs. 100) and replacement delivery charges (Rs. 100) will be applicable as per actual (to be paid by the customer).
